Soft drinks taste very well, but there is absolutely nothing good to say about soda, believes Lisa

From a nutritional point of view, soft drinks don’t contribute with any positive nutrients and therefore can equally well be replaced with water,  says Lisa

Imagine that whenever you felt like a soda instead drank similar amounts of water or herbal tea

If the thought experiment was put into practice, would the average person, according to Lisa achieve a weight loss of more than 10 pounds in just one year
- A weight loss of this magnitude would be a big step in the fight against the large increase in obesity and demonstrates the potential of limiting the high intakes of sugar-sweetened soft drinks – not least among children.
