product guarantee quickly and courteously,
according to the following instructions:
We are confident that our customers will find
our products satisfactory in every way. However,
if for any reason, you are not completely
satisfied with any Herbalife product purchased
from Healthylifenow.com, you may request a
refund from us within thirty (30) days from the
date you receive the product. We will offer you
a full credit toward the purchase of other
Herbalife products or a full refund of the
purchase price minus the 10% restocking fee and
actual shipping costs on your order. (see below)
• All returns are subject to a 10% restocking
fee.
• FedEx shipping fees are non-refundable on
returns.
• Returned orders that received Free Shipping
with any of the shipping promotions
(free shipping over $100), will have the
originally waived shipping charges deducted from
the return credit.
• Exchanges will incur additional shipping
charges.
• Return processing may take up to a maximum of
2-4 weeks.
• Items that are not returned in their original
packaging will not be refunded.
