Ordering: Healthylifenow.com accepts online orders and phone in orders only.

We gladly accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, & Discover) for online orders. All payments are processed by Authorize.Net. Authorize.Net uses the highest industry-standard, including secure SSL encryption. to ensure that your online order is secure and that you are protected from fraud. We do not get to see your card details and we do not store any card information.
Shipping Information:
Products are available for shipment within the United States only. We currently do not accept international orders. Please note that FedEx will not ship to a P.O. Box. Any order submitted with a P.O. Box address will be placed on hold until a non-P.O. Box address can be obtained via email. All addresses must be a physical address.
Note: Orders over $200 can only be shipped to the billing address of your credit card.
ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed upon receipt, you will receive an email confirmation when you place your order, and we will also provide an update once we have shipped your order.
Orders placed by 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the same business day. These orders should ship the same day.
- Orders after 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the next business day. These orders will ship the next day.
- Orders typically leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days.
- Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order thoroughly to ensure there are no problems
- Occasionally popular items are backordered at Herbalife's Distribution Centers. Back ordered items will be shipped to you via UPS as soon as possible. If you requested a priority shipping method with your order, only the original shipment will be sent via this method.
- At peak times, shipment times from Distribution Centers may take 1-2 days longer than usual. This is typically, but not limited to, the first 2 business days of each month.
- You need to notify healthylifenow.com by meail or phone within 7 days if you do not receive your order. Orders cannot be reshipped if you delay informing us of a missed package.
