The 30 Day Guarantee

Herbalife guarantees the quality of any product which carries the Herbalife name and certifies that the products manufactured for it meet high standards of freshness and purity for customer use.

This guarantee does not apply to any product intentionally damaged or misused. If you are not satisfied, Healthylifenow.com will honor the product guarantee quickly and courteously, according to the following instructions:

We are confident that our customers will find our products satisfactory in every way. However, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any Herbalife product purchased from Healthylifenow.com, you may request a refund from us within thirty (30) days from the date you receive the product. We will offer you a full credit toward the purchase of other Herbalife products or a full refund of the purchase price minus actual shipping costs on your order. (see below)

  • FedEx shipping fees are non-refundable on returns.
  • Returned orders that received Free Shipping with any of the shipping promotions
    will have the originally waived shipping charges deducted from the return credit.
  • Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges.
  • Return processing may take up to a maximum of 2-4 weeks.
  • Items that are not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.

Before you decide to return your products:

Make sure that you are using the products consistently. This simple step solves the majority of issues we come across. Keep in mind this is a 30 day program. Give yourself the time you need to see and feel results.

If you discover any discomfort in the first few days it is most likely do to 1 out of 2 things.

A. your body that is reacting to a changed diet of good nutrition. This is a good thing! Make sure you keep drinking lots of water and in a few days you will feel fantastic.

B. You are detoxifying your body. The herbs helps to assist your body in the self cleansing process, after a few days of detoxifying you will feel great.

Contact us with any questions regarding product usage or results. We guarantee that results are mandatory for all individuals who use the products consistently and correctly, with our guidance and assistance.

 

3. If you still would like to return your products, make sure that we receives your return within thirty (30) days of you first receiving it.

To make a return, follow these four easy steps:

Print out and complete the highlighted areas of the Customer Request for Refund Form (Adobe Acrobat Reader is required).

In the field "Ship to" write:

Sign the Retail Order Form (click to see example). Print out: Retail Order Form

Use the same information for the "Distributor" field.

Write down the product purchase and price you paid according to the previous order confirmation you received from healthylifenow.com (you can log into your account and find this information if you don't have it at hand.)

 

3.

Ship the unused portion of the products with the completed Customer Request for Refund Form and Retail Order Form to:

4. Remember to Sign the "CUSTOMER'S SIGNATURE" line on each form and include both forms within your return.

Note
Completed copies of the Retail Order Form and Customer Request for Refund Form must accompany all returns.

Return Shipping Costs
Return costs for shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Cash Refunds
There are no cash refunds on credit card purchases.

Exchanges
If an item is exchanged, new shipping and handling fees will be added.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you keep proper Proof of Delivery for any package you ship.

Distributors and Wholesale Club Members
All sales made to Distributors and Wholesale Club Members are final and no returns will be accepted by Healthylifenow.com or Herbalife International.
